Questions you may have...

~How do you cook the chicken?
The chicken is slow grilled over charcoal while sprayed with a special sauce for the best flavor.

~How do you describe the flavor?
Our sauce is a vinegar and salt base. This gives the chicken a great flavor from the inside out.

~What else do you make?
We can do Chicken legs & thighs, Chicken halves, pulled pork, ribs, and potatoes too!

~What about a full dinner?
We can put together a full dinner or we can also do all the cooking for you event. (see picture) Just ask what we can do for you!

~What is the cost?
Pricing depends on the market price of the chicken or pork. We will be able to give you an estimate when you contact us with details of what your looking for. Prices are subject to change.

~What kind of events have you cooked for?
We have cooked for birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and simple family/friends get togethers.

~Where do you make it?
We can deliver it to your event or even make it right at/during the event!

~How much can you make at a time?
We can make as much or as little as you need. We have designed a one of a kind BBQ trailer with 3 pits, a pig roaster and a state of the art kitchen that travels with us. We have a second trailer with 5 pits on it. We also have smaller single pits. The amounts made are almost unlimited.

~Why do I need someone to be licensed, certified and insured to cook for my event?
It is so important to make sure you have someone that been trained in food safety and cleanliness cooking for your event. We are fully licensed, certified and insured. We take this so seriously! We only serve and deliver the best barbecue!
